VO can be extremely isolating and even though we seem to always be surrounded by fun and extroverted people the truth is most of us are introverts and feel a bit awkward and not completely integrated in the VO world. The VO Community is one of the best professional groups there are and being part of it and having the feeling that you belong to the community can be a life-changing experience. Vivi will share some steps she took to find her people and also how she created and fostered a safe space where non-native speakers of English can share their VO experience and talk about their challenges and opportunities.
