Jill Kershaw is a globally recognized audio creative and voice casting specialist with over twenty years of experience casting, directing, and producing award-winning content for hundreds of advertising agencies. After leaving Crispin Porter + Bogusky as the Director of Radio Production and Audio Content, she founded Sound and Fury as a way to unite her passion for storytelling, her keen ear for what resonates with consumers, and her ability to shape the success of a brand through the medium of sound. Sound and Fury is the only nationwide human-powered casting company that cast nearly a thousand roles a year, including celebrity talent and worldwide localizations. Jill is a well-known voiceover

educator and a frequent speaker on the power of branded audio, having served on panels for the Radio Advertising Bureau, Creative LIAisons, That’s Voiceover, VOcation, and Anime Expo. She is a member of the Radio Mercury Awards Advisory Council and has presided on juries for every prominent advertising award show, including the Cannes Festival of Creativity, London International Awards, Clio Awards, One Show, Clear Channel Excellence in Advertising Awards, and the Lisbon Advertising Festival. Outside of the recording studio, Jill is a lifelong meditator and certified yoga instructor who devotes much of her time developing volunteer opportunities for advertising and entertainment professionals. In 2018 she founded VO Cares, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization using the art of voice acting to inspire positive change and empower the lives of others.
